Shopping with Vonvonz

Please read the following terms and conditions before agreeing to shop with Vonvonz Handmade. You are welcome to drop me an email if you have any doubts regarding anything and I will try my best to answer your question. Feedbacks are welcome too as I need more experience to run this smoothly.

Placing an order
Please drop me an email with the item name, code if any and color.
♥ Currency for all prices are in USD, occasionally I will include prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Prices that are converted to SGD may vary at times due to the exchange currency.

Payment mode
Paypay or Local (Singapore) Bank transfer only.

Shipping & Handling:
Domestic (Singapore): $1.50usd (normal mail)
Worldwide: $3usd (normal airmail)

*For Registered mail, please add another $2usd. (Recommended) Please contact me to request for registered mail. Combine shipping is possible, please let me know and I will calculate an overall cost with the items weight. I will not be responsible for any mail lost/damage although I don’t wish for any mail to be lost or damage.

♥ Packaging
All packages will be packed carefully with bubble warp & envelopes, as I am charging very little shipping/handling fees, packing materials are carefully chosen to cut cost, they may not look all nice, but sturdy enough to fly. As I believe cheaper shipping cost makes me happier when I shop, so it should make my customers happier too. Also I believe in Recycling, so some bubblewraps are reused from my own shopping packages, but rest assure that they are cleaned before hand. Although I welcome your request to pack your items in standard bubblewrap reinforced envelopes or boxes, please feel free to drop me an email for prices.

♥ Post Office Trip
As I live in an area where Post office is inconvenient and I don’t drive, I usually make a trip to the post office once a week or more often if I have to travel else where.

♥ Send as a Gift
I can help send my item as a gift to your friends or family with a small cute notecard with your desired message at an additional of $2usd. Packaging will be as per normal.

♥ Colors you see
Colors might appear slightly different from the photos seen on your computer screen, please agree with this before making purchase, as no refunds will be made if it is due to this problem.

♥ Remake Orders
As they are all made with a similar pattern and all sewn by me, sometimes they might look different from the ones you saw in the photos that made you place an order. I hope clients will keep in mind that remake items might look different from the ones they saw in the photos and understand the fact that it is not possible for me to create something that look 100% the same.

♥ Custom Orders
I accept custom designs in most situation, please drop me an email with details so that I can quote you better.

♥ Leading time
Items will usually take 5 to 7 working days to complete, depending on the amount of orders I am handling at one time because they are all hand sewn and it’s a One Woman Show. Please understand that it takes a longer time.

♥ Order Cancellation & Refund
As most of the time my items are make-to-order, I will only start making the items once payment is cleared. Unless under certain special circumstances, I may only refund part of the full amount because of the time and effort I have invested into the order for compensation. Orders placed by mistake, once confirmed, no cancellation or refund will be entertained. Drop me an email if you have any doubts.

When a customer is placing an order, I will try my best to confirm the order with as much details as possible with the customer as much as I can, so as to reduce any misunderstanding that will make both of us unhappy. So I may sound naggy, but it’s for the best interest of my customers and me. I hope you will understand this.
